Website and Electronic Services Terms

1. Service provider

The provider is Radosław Wachowski, operating Gospodarstwo Rolne Radosław Wachowski under the Wachowski Herbs brand, Bodzewo 57, 63-820 Piaski, Poland. NIP: 6961897715, REGON: 387984551. Contact: radoslaw@wachowskiherbs.pl, +48 693 958 465.

2. Scope

These Terms cover free use of wachowskiherbs.pl, the contact form and expressions of interest in a B2B sample. They are not online-store terms or general conditions for the sale of goods.

3. Electronic services

• displaying public website content
• sending an enquiry through the contact form
• expressing a company's interest in a sample

The form is not an order channel and submitting it does not form a sales contract. Product, availability, price, delivery and sample information is non-binding until individually confirmed.

4. Technical requirements

You need an internet-connected device, a current browser supporting HTML5, JavaScript and TLS, and an active email address to receive a response. Users are responsible for the security of their devices and connections.

5. Start and end of service

The content-display service runs while the website is used and ends when it is left. The form service begins when data is deliberately submitted and ends after technical delivery and handling of the enquiry. Before submission, the user can stop by closing the page. Post-submission data requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Illegal content, infringement of third-party rights, malware, spam, bypassing security and overloading the service are prohibited. Do not submit special-category data or third-party data without an appropriate legal basis.

7. B2B samples

Samples are intended for businesses and organisations. Requests are individually qualified for product, purpose, availability and company details. The provider may refuse shipment, including where fulfilment is unavailable, the B2B criterion is not met or abuse is suspected. Sample scope and delivery data are confirmed separately.

8. Website complaints

A complaint about the website or form may be sent to radoslaw@wachowskiherbs.pl. It should identify contact details, the issue, page address, date and expected resolution. The provider may request information needed to investigate and will reply by email without undue delay.

9. Liability and content

The provider takes reasonable steps to keep the website available and information current, but may introduce maintenance or security interruptions. Public content does not replace a batch specification, quotation or individual agreement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Intellectual property

Website text, images, marks and layout are protected under applicable law. Use of the website transfers no rights. Statutory permitted use remains unaffected.

11. Personal data

See the Privacy Policy and short GDPR notice. These Terms are available free of charge before form submission in a form that can be saved and reproduced.

12. Changes and governing law

Polish law applies subject to mandatory provisions. Courts are determined by applicable law; these Terms do not establish an exclusive court. Changes apply prospectively and are published with a new version date. Current version: 2026-08-23.
