2. Purposes and bases

Data is used to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, qualify samples and handle B2B correspondence under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps requested before a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) for communications with company representatives. Form security and claims rely on Article 6(1)(f); legal duties rely on Article 6(1)(c).

3. Scope and recipients

Data may include company details, full name, email, phone, message, source page and, for a sample, delivery data. The IP address is used transiently to protect the form. Hosting, email and authorised IT providers may receive data; a courier receives it only after shipment is agreed. Full transfer information is in the Privacy Policy.

4. Retention and rights

Data is retained while an enquiry or relationship is handled, and afterwards only for legal duties or claims. The form-rate-limit digest is removed after no more than 10 minutes. GDPR rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and conditional portability. Requests are normally answered within one month. You may complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office or your competent EEA authority.

5. Voluntary data and automation

Providing data is voluntary, but required fields are necessary for a response. No profiling or solely automated decision-making is used.
